Remote Full-time Senior MarketingJob DescriptionWhat You’ll Do & How You’ll Make Your Mark

The Sr. Director, Performance Marketing is the senior leader responsible for driving customer acquisition, marketing-sourced revenue growth, and acquisition economics across the Network Solutions portfolio. This leader leads the strategy, investment, and performance of all paid customer acquisition channels while ensuring scalable growth, efficient CAC-to-LTV economics, and long-term customer value creation, in close partnership with the SVP of Marketing.

Network Solutions, a Newfold Digital brand, serves millions of customers through a portfolio of digital products, including domains, web hosting, professional email, website solutions, security, and productivity services. The Senior Director, Performance Marketing will lead customer acquisition and paid growth efforts across the portfolio, partnering closely with Storefront, Brand, Product, Finance, Analytics, and Customer Experience teams to accelerate revenue growth and maximize customer lifetime value.

The ideal candidate combines deep digital marketing expertise, strong commercial acumen, and experience scaling subscription-based digital businesses through disciplined performance marketing, data-driven optimization, and customer acquisition excellence.

Performance Marketing Strategy & Growth
  • Define and execute the performance marketing strategy aligned to Network Solutions’ growth objectives.
  • Drive customer acquisition growth across all paid digital channels.
  • Develop scalable acquisition strategies that drive profitable revenue growth while maintaining healthy CAC-to-LTV economics.
  • Identify new channels, technologies, partnerships, and targeting opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and scale.
  • Drive innovation across paid media, audience development, and conversion optimization initiatives.
Business Contribution & Growth Accountability
  • Drive marketing-driven customer acquisition, revenue growth, and contribution to annual recurring revenue (ARR).
  • Drive profitable growth through disciplined management of customer acquisition economics, including CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, and payback period.
  • Partner with Storefront, Brand, Product, and Customer Experience teams to improve customer quality, product adoption, and long-term retention.
  • Influence growth strategy, acquisition investments, and marketing performance across the Network Solutions portfolio.
  • Serve as a key advisor and thought partner to the SVP on customer acquisition strategy, growth opportunities, and marketing effectiveness.
Revenue Growth & Acquisition Economics
  • Drive performance marketing contribution to customer acquisition, revenue growth, and portfolio expansion.
  • Manage acquisition economics including CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC ratio, payback period, and customer profitability.
  • Drive acquisition strategies that maximize both customer volume and long-term customer value.
  • Partner closely with Storefront to improve product attachment, bundle penetration, and multi-product customer adoption.
  • Optimize media investment based on incremental revenue impact and customer profitability rather than channel-level efficiency alone.
  • Develop strategies that increase new customer acquisition while improving marketing efficiency and revenue quality.
  • Optimize budget allocation across channels based on incremental return and revenue impact.
  • Lead strategy and execution across paid search, paid social, affiliate, display, programmatic, retargeting, native, and emerging channels.
  • Lead channel performance optimization through audience segmentation, bidding strategies, creative testing, and automation.
  • Evaluate and scale new acquisition channels while maintaining strict performance standards.
  • Ensure acquisition strategies align with evolving privacy regulations and platform requirements.
Analytics, Attribution & Optimization
  • Apply best-in-class measurement, attribution, forecasting, and reporting practices.
  • Develop customer acquisition forecasting and scenario-planning models.
  • Partner with Analytics teams to improve attribution methodologies and performance insights.
  • Drive testing programs across campaigns, landing pages, customer journeys, and conversion experiences.
  • Utilize data to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
Team Leadership & Organizational Excellence
  • Lead and develop a high-performing performance marketing team.
  • Manage agency relationships, media partners, and external vendors as needed.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
  • Develop future leaders through coaching, mentorship, and succession planning.
  • Lead through influence across a highly matrixed organization.
