CLINICAL DIRECTOR (BCBA Required) LBAPS – America's Most Trusted Source for ABA Services

About LBAPS We are a rapidly growing ABA organization dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our clinical team is at the heart of everything we do — and our Clinical Director leads that mission every single day.

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Director to oversee and lead our ABA clinical services. This is a senior leadership role requiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is committed to clinical excellence, staff development, and the highest standards of care for the children and families we serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the delivery and quality of all ABA clinical services
  • Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff including BCBAs and behavior technicians
  • Ensure clinical programming is evidence-based, individualized, and outcome-driven
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and ethical standards
  • Lead staff training, professional development, and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with operations, billing, and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Serve as the primary clinical resource and point of escalation for complex cases
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and oversee record-keeping standards

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Significant experience in ABA clinical services required
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Deep knowledge of ABA principles, ethics, and best practices
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with ASD
