DevSecOps Agile Leaders (Experienced and Senior)

Company:

The Boeing Company is currently seeking DevSecOps Agile Leaders (Experienced and Senior) to join a proprietary Air Dominance program in Berkeley, MO.This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization.

The primary statement of work for this team is to ensure successful integration of various software products into a consistent DevSecOps framework. The individuals chosen for these roles will work to define metrics, agile processes, improvement opportunities, and serve as scrum masters within the organization.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with solution manager to define agile processes for DevSecOps teams

  • Facilitate agile coaching, training, and metrics development

  • Serve as a scrum mater to remove blockers, ensure team alignment, status the team's work, and provide Jira automation to improve processes

  • Seek continuous improvement and hold teams accountable for meeting deliverables

  • Drive agile execution across DevSecOps teams

  • Mentor teams on agile best practices

  • Work with internal and external customers to remove blockers and support efficient development of their products

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to workonsiteat one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5+ years of experience working in an engineering, engineering technology, or related technical discipline

  • 3+ years of experience managing and/or leading a team either formally or informally, with the ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members

  • Experience leading an Agile team using Agile methodologies

  • Experience with DevSecOps

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level 3: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Level 4: 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment while supporting multiple concurrent activities

  • Experience in Defense/Aerospace

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

  • Knowledge of networking principles

  • Knowledge of required levels of rigor for safety-critical software
