Position Overview:

Term: 3+ months

Location: 100% onsite in San Francisco

Pay: Up to $45.00

Hours: Day shift - Mon-TH 32 hours

What you will do as the Desktop Support Technician:

The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Onsite support & incident management: walk-up support, ticket triage and hygiene, escalation coordination.
  • Meeting room / AV readiness: room checks, basic fixes (e.g., cables), escalation to McKinsey ITSA/vendor where required.
  • Asset lifecycle logistics: receiving, boxing/returns, shipping labels, inventory spot checks, accessory stocking activities as defined.
  • Structured cabling, access point installs, network infrastructure projects, or other building infrastructure work.

What you will bring to the team:

5+ years experience with the following:

  • Meeting room maintenance and pre-checks
  • Over-the-counter IT support
  • Office technical maintenance
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Stock management
  • Tier 1 and 2 IT Service Desk Support
  • Network Cabling
