Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite and remote support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
  • Deploy, configure, and replace laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Support printers, scanners, and other office technology.
  • Assist with user onboarding, equipment setup, and account-related requests.
  • Perform basic network and connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to end users.

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of IT support, technical, or customer service experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, computer hardware, and printers.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and work independently.
  • Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+ are a plus but not required.

Preferred Skills
