They are seeking a Senior Help Desk Technician to provide Level 1 & 2 support services to end users, including senior management and attorneys, while maintaining IT inventories and conducting training for new employees.
Responsibilities:

โ€ข File Server support
โ€ข User Account/Mailbox administration
โ€ข Software/Hardware installation
โ€ข Handheld device installation/troubleshooting/support
โ€ข Remote User setup/support/troubleshooting
โ€ข End-user training
โ€ข Creation of procedural documentation
โ€ข Creation of spreadsheets/databases for tracking purposes
โ€ข Record and update required information for all IT-related tickets utilizing ITIL
