Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end delivery across multi-region / multi-zone technology teams and programmes
  • Define and embed programme governance: planning cadences, RAID management, quality controls, and escalation frameworks
  • Lead integrated planning across agile and waterfall workstreams, managing scope, resource, and cross-team dependencies
  • Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, quality standards, internal and customer governance as well as agreed delivery objectives to tight deadlines throughout the programme lifecycle
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across delivery processes and tooling
  • Ensure a clear communication strategy and standard across the programmes and teams, including executive reporting and cross-functional updates
  • Facilitation of workshops and requirements discovery bringing teams together to align on value driven business outcomes
  • Maintain sufficient technical depth — across architecture, cloud, or enterprise systems — to challenge estimates, assess risks, and make informed trade-off decisions
  • Ensure all deliverables meet architectural standards, security requirements, and regulatory obligations
  • Foster a high-performance, inclusive delivery culture with clear accountability and psychological safety
  • Act as a role model across the teams and delivery, with awareness of individuals wellbeing to enable and foster a combined delivery mentality.
Requirements:
  • 12–18+ years of technology delivery experience, with at least 5 years in senior programme or delivery lead roles
  • Demonstrable consultancy experience: engagement shaping, client advisory, commercial management, and pre-sales / bid contribution
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, multi-geography technology programmes from initiation through to BAU transition
  • Strong technical background: hands-on exposure to architecture, cloud platforms, or enterprise systems (e.g. Oracle ecosystems)
  • Demonstrated experience in digital transformation, cloud migration, or enterprise application modernisation programmes
  • Excellent executive-level stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing external suppliers, third parties, and system integrators in a commercial context
  • Exposure to regulated industries — BFSI, Capital Markets, or Enterprise Transformation environments strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Oracle-based Enterprise Applications involving WebLogic / cloud transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with Enterprise technology stacks e.g. Infrastructure, Virtual layer, Application Layer
  • Understanding and exposure to core Azure services like Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, App Services and Databases
  • PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, or MSP Practitioner — Essential
  • Agile/SAFe certification (SPC, AgilePM, or equivalent) — Desirable
  • Degree-level education in Technology, Business, or a related discipline — Desirable
