  • Executive Communications: Prepare high-quality executive briefings for senior stakeholders and steering committees. Provide clear updates on strategic priorities, progress, risks, and value realization.

Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in data strategy, data management, or similar leadership roles, preferably in insurance, banking or other related fields.
  • Experience leading cross-functional data programs from design through delivery.
  • Demonstrated ownership of budget planning, financial tracking, and cost management.
  • Strong understanding of value realization, business case development, and ROI tracking.

  • Deep knowledge of data ecosystems (data platforms, governance, AI/ML concepts).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Preferred qualifications
  • Experience with cloud data/AI ecosystems (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and common platforms/tools (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with Data Governance and Responsible AI practices (e.g. data quality, privacy, security, fairness, and model risk management).
  • Experience delivering GenAI solutions, including evaluation, safety, and governance.
  • Program/project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or agile certification (CSM/PSM, SAFe).
  • Experience leading distributed/onshore-offshore teams and external partners.
  • Master's degree in a related field is nice to have.
