Job Summary 

As a Senior Acquisition Strategy Manager in Business Card Acquisition, you will help drive customer acquisition growth through audience strategy, customer segmentation, offer optimization, and performance analytics. You will partner across marketing, analytics, product, finance, risk, and channel teams to identify growth opportunities and deliver acquisition initiatives that improve customer acquisition and profitability. You will turn complex data into actionable insights, help shape strategic recommendations, and influence decisions that impact millions of customers and significant business results. This role provides broad exposure to senior leaders and offers the opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives from strategy through execution.

Job responsibilities: 

  • Develop customer acquisition strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability across products and channels
  • Analyze customer, channel, and market data to identify growth opportunities and performance drivers
  • Lead audience targeting and segmentation initiatives to improve acquisition effectiveness
  • Evaluate acquisition offer performance and recommend optimization opportunities
  • Partner with analytics teams to translate data into actionable business recommendations
  • Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and customer behaviors to inform strategy development
  • Support forecasting, business planning, and financial analyses related to acquisition initiatives
  • Build executive-ready presentations that communicate insights, opportunities, and recommendations
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and risk partners to execute strategic initiatives
  • Measure outcomes of acquisition programs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while managing timelines and stakeholder expectations

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Five or more years of experience in strategy, marketing, analytics, consulting, finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to inform business decisions
  • Experience developing business recommendations and presenting findings to stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and translate results into clear narratives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience collaborating across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in customer acquisition, marketing strategy, or growth strategy
  • Experience within financial services, consumer products, digital commerce, or related industries
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation, targeting, and offer optimization approaches
  • Experience building business cases and evaluating investment opportunities
  • Familiarity with customer analytics, predictive modeling, or marketing performance measurement
  • Experience partnering with analytics, data science, or research teams
