Role Summary

This Sr. Data Analyst role involves serving as a data scientist supporting marketing efforts for our Fortune 500 client. The role focuses on analyzing campaigns, understanding business processes, and distributing insights via dashboards. You will collect, validate, and deeply analyze data to uncover insights that drive marketing decisions, ensuring alignment with key objectives and results (OKRs). This is not a traditional BI role but one that requires critical thinking, asking the right questions, and leveraging data to move marketing initiatives forward.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver user-friendly dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Perform data collection, QA checks, and in-depth analysis to understand and improve marketing campaigns and business processes.
  • Ask insightful questions to uncover underlying data trends and inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Conduct campaign and business analysis, using data to identify opportunities and drive forward marketing objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate findings into meaningful strategies and plans.


Technical Skills and Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, R, Python, and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Strong data collection, quality assurance, and analytical skills to ensure accurate and reliable insights.
