Must Have Qualifications:

  • Must have 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
  • Must have strong Jira experience and a solid understanding of Master Data Management, particularly complex MDM rules, and processes.
  • Ideal candidates will be highly collaborative and comfortable working cross functionally, with strong stakeholder alignment and influencing skills, a product focused mindset, and the ability to own a product and make decisions independently.

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Product Owner MDM to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of enterprise Master Data Management capabilities. The role will focus on data governance, data quality, golden records, and building a single source of truth across the Multifamily business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own MDM product vision, roadmap, backlog, and prioritization.
  • Define and manage golden records, match/merge, survivorship, hierarchies, and data stewardship.
  • Partner with business, data stewards, data owners, and technology teams.
  • Drive data quality, profiling, mapping, querying, and duplicate analysis.
  • Define data quality KPIs, stewardship SLAs, and MDM health metrics.
  • Support Agile sprint/release planning and enterprise data modernization initiatives.
  • Develop governance models for master data domains such as counterparty and property.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years Product Owner / Agile Delivery experience.
  • 5+ years in MDM, Data Governance, Data Management, or Data Delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of MDM concepts and data quality.
  • Hands-on SQL/data analysis, profiling, mapping, and duplicate identification.
  • Experience with relational/non-relational databases and MDM architectures.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Mortgage / Commercial or Multifamily Real Estate experience preferred.
