Job description

Role
AI Product Specialist | Full-Time | On-Site Position (Provo, UT)
About Atonom
At Atonom.ai, we are defining the Autonomous Era by building the world's first true "Cloud Employees", intelligent AI agents capable of executing complex work across Sales, Marketing, Support, and HR. We believe that growth should be limited only by ambition, not headcount. By moving beyond simple automation to genuine autonomy, we empower businesses to scale their workforce instantly and efficiently. Join us as we build the infrastructure for the next generation of work, where human creativity pairs with limitless machine execution to achieve the impossible.
What You'll Do
  • Architect Complex AI Solutions: Lead the configuration and deployment of AI Cloud Employees for our largest, most complex enterprise customers.
  • Translate Business Strategy into AI Logic: Consult with client leadership to identify high-value friction points and design sophisticated AI workflows (advanced prompting, multi-step automations, and strict QA protocols) to solve them.
  • Strategic Advisory: Go beyond basic training to act as a trusted advisor, helping customers reimagine their operational architecture using Atonom.
  • Feedback Loop & Product Evolution: Serve as the bridge between the customer and our Engineering/Product teams. You will identify edge cases and feature gaps to help drive the product roadmap.
  • Mentorship & Best Practices: Formalize our implementation playbooks and mentor junior team members on solution architecture and client management.

Who You Are
  • Experienced Professional: You have 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Support, Implementation Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Product Operations within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Technical Problem Solver: You don't just use tools; you understand how they connect. You are comfortable discussing APIs, data structures, and logic flows.
  • AI/LLM Native: You have moved beyond "tech-curious" and have practical experience or a deep conceptual understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
  • Consultative Communicator: You can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage expectations with C-level executives.
  • Smart, Humble, and Hungry: You are ready to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced environment. You are flexible with your time when critical go-lives require it.

Your First 90 Days
  • Month 1: Deep dive into Atonom architecture and LLM capabilities; audit existing customer workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Month 2: Take ownership of our most complex active implementations; refine our internal documentation and "Standard Operating Procedures" for deployments.
  • Month 3: Lead a major enterprise go-live end-to-end; present a strategic analysis of common customer pain points to the Product leadership team.

Technical Skills
Required:
  • Proven experience with workflow automation (Zapier, Make, Workato).
  • Strong understanding of data integration (APIs, Webhooks).

Highly Preferred:
  • Proficiency in SQL and Data Visualization.
  • Experience with Python or JavaScript.
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar enterprise CRMs.

Why Join
  • Shape the Industry: Move beyond theoretical AI to build real-world agents that generate actual ROI.
  • Career Velocity: This is a high-visibility role with a clear path toward Leadership, Solutions Architecture, or Product Management.
  • Impact: You will be a senior voice in a Provo-based team that is shipping fast and growing quickly.

Benefits
  • Start building your PTO hours on Day 1.
  • Access to a competitive health benefits package.
  • Paid holidays and company events.
  • Competitive salary
