Job Title: Senior Marketing Specialist

Supervisor: Director of HR

Summary

We are seeking a driven and creative Senior Marketing Specialist to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, support business development, and drive measurable growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns that align with company objectives and growth strategies.
  • Create high-quality marketing materials, presentations, and promotional collateral that effectively communicate company capabilities and value.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors for branded apparel and promotional products, overseeing design coordination, ordering, inventory, and brand consistency across all materials.
  • Coordinate and support marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, and client-facing events.
  • Write, edit, and manage content for social media platforms, company websites, and other communication channels.
  • Assist with sales support activities, including proposal materials, client communications, and market research.
  • Own and manage the marketing calendar and campaign performance tracking.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data and insights.
  • Support and optimize marketing and sales operations processes.
  • Maintain organized office support functions using standard office systems and software (Microsoft Office required; Publisher and Adobe Acrobat preferred).

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Targeting candidates with 3-7+ years of experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
