  • Tailor the output to match stakeholder needs, including reports, visualizations, charts, and tables

  • Gain an understanding of internal titles outside of our portfolio (NBA 2K, Borderlands, other 2K titles) to provide strong benchmarking and comparison points for business performance

  • Lead the exploration of creative new ways of measurement to identify patterns and causal relationships

  • Empower teams to track and analyze activity/productivity and support their research projects, leading the efforts towards building scalable self-service tools

  • Act as a subject matter expert to support analysts and other data-users to improve their capabilities. Grow and develop best practices that contribute to both the team and wider business understanding of our players

  • Data doesn't just appear overnight, we work with our stakeholders to understand what data matters most to their business and strategy. In addition to delivering insights on what is available to us, this role will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders to proactively identify what data we need to begin to record for future initiatives that drive value

What Will Make You A Great Fit

The ideal candidate for this role has the ability to see the underlying story in the data, know how to ask the right questions and relate output back to measurable player or business outcomes. A solution-oriented and creative problem solver. A self-starter with the passion and enthusiasm to join a growing insights team to get results for meaningful change.

  • Track record of successfully leading the delivery of insights and analysis across business functions (Product, Commercial, Marketing)

  • Proven ability to produce impactful insights that resulted in tangible enhancements to product or business outcomes

  • Profound knowledge in SQL

  • Great communication skills and a clear understanding of how to make insights understandable and actionable for the business

  • High degree of proactivity and curiosity to understand, measure, and improve our understanding of our players and their behaviour

  • Ability to lead the delivery of complex projects, manage changing priorities and coach others to success

  • Understanding internal customer satisfaction as one of your key success factors
