What You Will Do:

The Reimbursement Analyst II collects and prepares cost data, analyzes fiscal accounting and related systems, supports regulatory submissions, and assists with budget preparation, reimbursement activities, financial reporting, presentations, and financial feasibility studies.

  • Assist with assigned financial projects involving financial reporting systems, applications, and organizational data.
  • Support the design, documentation, and implementation of integrated systems and applications used for periodic and ad hoc financial reporting.
  • Compile and analyze financial information from organizational entities.
  • Prepare revenue and expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and analyze annual financial statements for the organization and its component units.
  • Use complex spreadsheet and database applications to organize and analyze financial information.
  • Collaborate with departments across the organization to promote consistent financial reporting.
  • Support compliance with federal and state financial reporting regulations, guidelines, fiscal policies, and procedures.
  • Analyze, document, and assist with the implementation of internal financial reporting systems and procedures.
  • Provide coordination and support to technical personnel involved in assigned project activities.
  • Assist with developing capital and operating budgets.
  • Coordinate the system budget process and prepare budget review materials for senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Assist with developing and coordinating training related to accounting, budgeting, and business policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable HIPAA, financial information, and organizational record requirements.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
