Title: Data Analyst Location: Remote (as always, they could ask them to travel onsite to Baton Rouge, LA, on rare occasions. If they travel, it would be a 1 week trip and travel costs would be paid) Duration: Contract Need 3 Professional References Description: Job Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Coordinate various data sources within an organization. Perform data profiling and discovery. Gather and interpret business requirements. Create data documentation. Perform data modeling and design. Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory : Two (2) plus years' experience working on data migration or data integration projects with specific experience with cleaning data, running basic reports, and maintaining existing dashboards. Two (2) plus years SQL experience writing queries to extract data from relational databases. Experience with programming languages commonly used for data analysis such as Python or R. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Completion of two or more full-scale data migration projects (legacy to cloud or legacy to modern ERP/CRM). Experience working on a development team. Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
