Job Description
EPS Corporation is looking for a Lead Information Assurance/Cyber Security Program Manager - Information Security Analyst to serve as a Senior representative responsible for overseeing and properly managing the day-to-day functions of the Cybersecurity Office in accordance with DoD, Air Force, and Local Operating Policies and Instructions. Assigned as either the Primary or Alternate Organization Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) and Cyber Security Liaison (CSL).
Requirements
Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the Cybersecurity Office in compliance with DoD, Air Force, and local policies. Coordinate with the Wing Cybersecurity Office, ISSM, and supporting agencies to ensure all networked, standalone, RDT&E, and mission systems meet RMF, NIST, FISMA, ICD 503, and AFI 17-101 requirements. Manage RMF processes, vulnerability compliance (IAVA/IAVB/TCNO), STIG implementation (using DISA-approved tools), cyber incident reporting (AFI 17-203), and monthly vulnerability assessments with documented mitigation actions. Ensure TEMPEST compliance, media control accountability, and accurate security documentation to maintain an effective and secure operating environment.
Experience: Senior-level experience in Information Assurance and Cybersecurity program management. Experience with Cybersecurity compliance and oversight of applications, systems, or enclaves IAW DoD, Air Force, and Intelligence Community policies, directives, and standards. Experience with vulnerability management, STIG compliance, TEMPEST monitoring, Insider Threat/Media Control, and privileged/user accounts oversight. Experience in transitioning applications, systems, or Risk Management Framework (RMF). Experience supporting information systems on Government and Intel networks such as NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, NSANet, and Tier 1 networks. Experience with DoD Cyber Security Risk Management Framework (RMF), DoDI 8500.2, FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-37, and ICD 503. Experience with DISA-approved tools including STIG Viewer and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP).
Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT-related field, OR minimum 6 years of relevant experience
Certifications: DoD 8140 (or 8570.01-M) approved and registered IAT Level II baseline certification (Security+ CE preferred). ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
