We have an urgent Hybrid opening for a Cybersecurity Program Manager with strong Financial Services experience for a long-term 13-month engagement in Chicago, IL.

Role Overview:
Client is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead strategic, high-visibility cybersecurity initiatives across Identity & Access Management and Data Protection domains. The ideal candidate must have strong experience managing complex enterprise security projects within matrixed organizations and driving execution across global teams.
Required Experience:
• 10+ years of overall IT experience within Financial Services environments
• 5+ years managing large-scale enterprise technology/security projects
• Strong experience managing cybersecurity initiatives in:
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
  • Identity Authentication & Authorization (IAA)
  • Data Protection (DP)
  • Security Operations
  • Attack Surface Management
    • Experience leading cross-functional global teams across business and technology groups
    • Strong risk, issue, dependency, and stakeholder management experience
    • Experience managing project budgets ranging from $250K to $3M
    • Expertise with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies
    • Strong experience with:
