  • Ensure consistency and integrity of the firm’s brand across all internal and external communications, proactively identifying opportunities to evolve and strengthen brand standards.
  • Review, refine, and elevate design work produced by junior designers or external vendors, as needed.

  • Execute firm-wide advertising plans at the guidance of department leaders, contributing to the firm’s market presence and outreach.
  • Partner with the Senior Creative Manager to cultivate vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and secure favorable agreements that benefit the firm.
  • Originate and refine design concepts for print collateral such as flyers, newsletters, and signage, showcasing creative expertise and adherence to the firm’s quality standards.
  • Engage with the team to brainstorm and implement innovative design solutions that enhance the firm’s branding across print and web platforms.
  • Maintain relationships with firm approved photographers, ensure quality control of final images, identify new photographers when needed and coordinate photo shoots as needed.
  • Coordinate the organization, maintenance, and archival of marketing materials; oversee the submission process for State Bar advertisements; and assist with selection and management of printing and production vendors.
  • Stay current with design trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance the firm’s visual communications.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; advanced design training or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of design experience; law firm or professional services experience required.

  • Ability to multitask effectively while effectively maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with attorneys, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ability to proofread typed material for grammatical, typographical, and spelling errors.
