Envision yourself at Barracuda
We are seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Curriculum Manager to design and develop high-quality cybersecurity training programs for technical and non-technical audiences. In this role, you will transform complex cybersecurity and sales-methodology concepts into engaging, structured learning experiences targeted to our sales organization.
 
You will work closely with subject matter experts, product/product marketing teams, and sales enablement to create scalable, role-based cybersecurity courses focusing on comprehension and application.
  
What you’ll be working on
  • Design and develop end-to-end cybersecurity courses, including self-paced modules, instructor-led materials, AI-graded workshops, and assessments
  • Translate complex technical topics (e.g., email security, cloud security, XDR, incident response) into clear, learner-friendly content ranging from understanding the technology to how our solutions work
  • Write scripts, storyboards, lesson plans, hands-on lab guides, and knowledge checks
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity SMEs to validate technical accuracy and relevance
  • Ensure content aligns with adult learning principles and instructional design best practices (Bloom’s taxonomy, Duarte method, StoryBrand)
  • Update and maintain existing courseware to reflect evolving threats and product enhancements
  • Contribute to certification programs, onboarding curricula, and customer enablement initiatives
  • Work with video, LMS, and design tools to package content for delivery at scale
  
What you bring to the role
  • Solid understanding of course development, technical training, or instructional content creation 
  • Familiarity with instructional design models (Bloom’s taxonomy)
  • Ability to explain complex topics to varied audiences (IT admins, security analysts, partners, sales engineers)
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, delivering projects efficiently and on schedule
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, able to manage shifting priorities
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Self-driven, thriving in team-oriented settings and dynamic work environments
  • Nice to have - Adept in Mindtickle and Synthesia, understanding the Duarte method and StoryBrand for creating evocative messages

The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is CAD 102,000  - 137,000. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
