Job description

Summary

The Fruit Room Operator is responsible for performing tasks in the Fruit Room, as assigned by the lead and/or supervisor.

Responsibilities
  • Understand all safety procedures
  • Understand and comply SQF, HACCP and GMP standards
  • Be able to perform assigned task(s) safely and efficiently
  • Keep up-to-date and accurate information on all paperwork and/or production forms
  • Understand HMI monitors and be able to operate Boccard system
  • Be able to diagnose and acknowledge alarms
  • Must follow SOP and Sanitary rules
  • Must be flexible with schedule
  • Must be able to multitask and perform with minimal supervision
     
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Production experienced or ability to learn
  • Forklift experience or ability to learn 
  • Ability to communicate with other operators and lead
  • Self-motivated

The salary range for this full-time position is $24.25 - $30.75, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
