As a Process Line Operator, you’ll be responsible for keeping our production lines efficient, clean, and consistent. You’ll monitor equipment, adjust settings, and work closely with quality and maintenance teams to ensure every fry meets our high standards. When you choose a career with us, every day is fry-day!
Job Description
  • Operate and adjust processing equipment to maintain smooth line flow and product quality
  • Monitor waste levels, blend rates, and product consistency using process control systems
  • Start, stop, and sequence equipment for cut changes, downtime, and emergencies
  • Perform water system operations to maintain quality and minimize usage
  • Communicate with QA, maintenance, and leadership to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct quality checks (peel loss, salinity, grid checks) and enter data into QA systems
  • Maintain sanitary conditions and support weekend cleanups and sanitation duties
  • Own equipment from even-flow bins through fryers and freeze tunnels
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • Participate in safety programs and demonstrate leadership in plant safety culture

Basic & Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules
  • Comfortable using computers, touchscreens (HMI), and 2-way radios
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Willingness to complete required training (Sanitation, Lock-out/Tag-out)
  • Forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified)
  • Experience in food processing or manufacturing
  • Familiarity with optical sorters, LADRES, or similar equipment
  • A proactive mindset and attention to detail
  • Understanding of safe lifting techniques and chemical handling
