Job description

About myTomorrows
myTomorrows is a global health tech company dedicated to breaking down barriers for patients seeking treatment options.
We strive to enable earlier and better treatment access by bridging the gap between those searching for possible options, and the companies who develop them. We work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, trial sites, patient advocacy groups, and BioPharma - connecting key stakeholders in the drug development ecosystem.
We've developed a cutting-edge AI-powered technology platform that simplifies and streamlines access to drugs in development. To support our users and clients, we have a range of industry-expert specialized teams ready to help. Our services include clinical trial patient recruitment, Expanded Access Program management and Real-World Data collection.
With a global footprint spanning 134 countries, to date we've supported over 17,000 patients, 3,000 physicians and 350 sites, earning the trust of 60+ BioPharma companies. In October 2025, we closed a €25M investment with Avego Healthcare Capital to fuel our global ambitions and scale the business.
Join us in shaping the future of treatment access - making tomorrow's therapies accessible for people who need them today.
The opportunity
As Senior Content Copywriter at myTomorrows, you will transform complex clinical topics, product narratives, and company perspectives into clear, credible, high-quality content. Operating in a trust-sensitive health-tech environment spanning clinical trials and expanded access, you will build understanding and trust with patients, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and BioPharma partners.
This is a hands-on senior craft role focused on long-form content development, requiring close cross-functional collaboration and an absolute commitment to factual discipline.
What You'll Do
  • Long-Form Development: Lead the drafting of blogs, thought leadership, case studies, and research-driven pieces.
  • Multi-Channel Adaptation: Convert core messages into fit-for-purpose copy across web, email, social, and promotional materials.
  • Clinical Translation: Translate complex clinical, regulatory, or access-related topics into clear, responsible communication for diverse audiences.
  • Factual Discipline: Maintain exceptional writing standards, claims sensitivity, and sound editorial judgment in a highly regulated environment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal subject matter experts to turn rough or incomplete inputs into strong, review-ready drafts.
  • AI Optimisation: Responsibly use AI tools to accelerate drafting, editing, and repurposing without compromising originality or factual accuracy.

What success in the first 6 months looks like
  • High-priority written content is consistently clearer, stronger, and more aligned in tone, quality, and audience relevance across key external touchpoints.
  • A steady pipeline of long-form content is efficiently being delivered, with internal expertise translated into useful, differentiated external content.
  • Stakeholders rely on you to turn rough, complex, or incomplete inputs into review-ready drafts efficiently, reducing bottlenecks and rework.
  • Organic social copy is more platform-appropriate and effective, with improvements informed by audience and engagement insights over time.
  • Editorial standards are being applied more consistently, resulting in written outputs that feel more recognisably myTomorrows and move through review with less friction.

What You Bring to the Table
  • Industry Expertise (Required): Proven experience and deep understanding of clinical trials, expanded access, drug development, or the BioPharma/health-tech landscape.
  • Experience: 5+ years in content writing, copywriting, or editorial roles, with a strong portfolio of long-form and multi-channel work.
  • Exceptional Craft: Native-level written English with the ability to simplify technical jargon without losing its authority.
  • Editorial Judgment: A disciplined approach to claims, accuracy, and creating "review-ready" content for a regulated space.
  • Modern Tooling: Experience using AI tools for research and efficiency, alongside an understanding of SEO/AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation).

Geographic Requirement: To ensure seamless collaboration with our teams, applicants must reside within the EST time zones. Applications outside of these time zones will not be considered.
What we offer
  • Impactful work that helps patients gain access to potentially lifesaving treatments.
  • International work environment, scale-up energy, and a flat organisational structure encouraging creativity and accountability.
  • Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, and an Employee Stock Option Plan.
  • 401K:Every US employee will be automatically enrolled in a 401(K) retirement plan
  • Paid time off: 25 days per year for full-time employees.
  • Sick leave:5 days/ year at 100% paid.
  • Great career development opportunities in a fast-growing company.
  • Learning and development budget alongside internal knowledge sharing sessions.
