Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Content Marketer, Campaigns/Enterprise based in Netherlands.

This is a writing-first senior content role focused on creating high-quality B2B content that drives meaningful business outcomes.
You will own content quality across a portfolio of customers, producing thought leadership, blogs, guides, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Around 70% of your time will be dedicated to research, original thinking, and writing content that reflects a deep understanding of products and audiences.
You will also coordinate freelance contributors, manage content calendars, review deliverables, and ensure feedback is consistently incorporated.
The role requires strong editorial judgment and the ability to adapt your voice across different brands, audiences, and content formats.
You will collaborate with strategists, account leads, marketers, and customer stakeholders while managing complex review processes and deadlines.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced B2B SaaS content marketer who combines exceptional writing craft with campaign thinking, commercial awareness, and thoughtful use of AI.

Accountabilities:
  • Research and write high-quality content, including blog posts, guides, landing pages, thought leadership, and other campaign assets, grounded in a strong understanding of each customer's product, market, and audience.
  • Develop content across the full campaign lifecycle, connecting individual assets into a cohesive narrative that supports awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Adapt writing style and tone across different brands, moving comfortably between executive thought leadership, long-form editorial content, and concise conversion-focused copy.
  • Review every piece of content produced for assigned accounts before it reaches customers, identifying quality issues and ensuring deliverables meet editorial and strategic standards.
  • Translate campaign strategies into coordinated content programmes where each asset contributes to a broader business objective.
  • Brief, coordinate, and support freelance writers, providing clear direction and maintaining customer brand guidelines and reference materials.
  • Manage content calendars, contributors, deadlines, and multiple deliverables while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.
  • Work effectively with larger marketing teams and multiple customer stakeholders, navigating review rounds and longer approval processes without losing momentum.
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding deliverables, timelines, revisions, and feedback, acting as a trusted voice on content quality and execution.
  • Capture and apply customer feedback thoroughly so recurring issues are addressed and stakeholders do not need to repeat the same guidance.
  • Contribute to performance reporting by helping customers understand what has been delivered, how content is performing, and what insights can inform future activity.
  • Use AI tools thoughtfully and responsibly to improve research and production workflows while applying independent editorial judgment to ensure content reaches publication quality.
  • Share knowledge with teammates and contribute to internal initiatives, best practices, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in content marketing, including at least 2 years working in B2B SaaS; agency experience is an advantage.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, precise, strategically informed, publication-ready content with minimal revision.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt writing style and voice across different brands, audiences, executives, and content formats while maintaining consistently high standards.
  • Strong campaign-thinking skills, with the ability to understand how individual content pieces contribute to a broader campaign narrative and business objective.
  • Proven range as a writer, from detailed thought leadership and long-form content to concise, conversion-focused messaging.
  • Strong editorial judgment and the ability to review other writers' work, identify quality issues, and provide clear, constructive feedback before content reaches customers.
  • Experience briefing, editing, coordinating, or managing freelance writers or other content contributors.
  • Excellent customer communication skills, with the ability to build trust through clear communication, responsiveness, reliability, and high-quality work.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers or larger marketing organizations and managing multiple stakeholders and review cycles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, contributors, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong AI fluency, including experience using AI tools responsibly, refining AI-assisted drafts to publication quality, and staying current with emerging content-marketing practices.
  • Genuine technical curiosity and the ability to quickly understand software products, business models, and target audiences well enough to write about them with authority.
  • Demonstrated ownership, initiative, adaptability, and resilience, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and identify potential problems early.
  • Strong collaborative skills and an interest in continuous learning, experimentation, and developing mastery in content marketing.
Benefits:
  • Annual salary range of $70,000-$85,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, and demonstrated impact.
  • Fully remote working arrangement across the Americas or EMEA.
  • Flexible working schedule.
  • Unlimited paid time off.
  • Technology stipend to support your work setup.
  • Learning and professional development stipend.
  • Health and wellness stipend.
  • Team lunch stipend.
  • Health and vision insurance for eligible US-based employees.
  • 401(k) retirement plan for eligible US-based employees.
  • Opportunity to work with complex B2B SaaS and enterprise accounts.
  • Significant room for career growth into content strategy, customer relationship leadership, or deeper specialist and mentoring responsibilities.
  • Continued opportunity to write and develop your craft as you progress into more senior roles.
  • At least 4 hours of overlap with US time zones to support collaboration with colleagues and customers.
