Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of planning, execution, and delivery for federal construction projects, ensuring compliance with client standards, contract requirements, and applicable federal regulations. This role is responsible for managing budget, schedule, scope, and quality on highly complex projects exceeding $200 million in construction value.
The Project Manager will lead coordination with contractors, inspectors, schedulers, and stakeholders to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery that meets our clients performance and sustainability goals, including Inflation Reduction Act mandates.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary liaison with client contracting and project officers.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables exceeding $200M.
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and claims analysis.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications, progress meetings, and reporting.
  • Ensure contractor compliance with sustainability, safety, and security requirements.
  • Lead risk management and mitigation strategies for complex project phasing.
  • SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture required or a related field.
  • Professional registration (PE, RA, or CCM) required.
  • 20+ years of construction management experience, including at least one project exceeding $200M.
  • Extensive experience with federal projects, preferably government-managed facilities or other public agencies.
  • Expertise in contract administration, scheduling, and risk/change management.
  • Design-Build experienced required.
