Buscamos Líder Técnico (Foreman) de Construcción - Zona Metro
Somos Nexo Técnico En Nexo Técnico, Nos especializamos en soluciones estructurales y geotécnicas complejas. Nuestra filosofía es simple: 'Cuando otros dicen que no se puede, nosotros encontramos la manera'. No buscamos a alguien que solo se pare a mirar con una libreta. Buscamos un Supervisor de Construcción (Foreman) que sea un maestro de campo, un "Profesional de Verdad" .
Liderarás con el ejemplo (si hay que meter mano, se mete), garantizarás la seguridad de los muchachos y serás el motor que empuja la producción diaria sin sacrificar nuestra calidad.
Tus Responsabilidades Principales:
  • Ejecutar el plan del día sin excusas. Coordinar materiales, equipo y personal para maximizar la productividad de la brigada.
  • Dirigir, motivar y mantener el orden en la obra. Si hay un problema, tú eres el primero en buscar la solución.
  • Dirigir las charlas de seguridad (Toolbox Talks) y asegurar que nadie opere sin su equipo de protección. La seguridad de la brigada es tu responsabilidad #1.
  • Leer los planos como la palma de tu mano e inspeccionar que cada varilla, amarre y vaciado cumpla con los altos estándares de Nexo. Mantener al Gerente de Proyecto informado de los avances, reportar atrasos a tiempo y documentar el día a día.

Lo que Buscamos:
  • Mínimo 5 a 7 años de experiencia real en construcción, con al menos 2 años corriendo brigadas como Foreman o Capataz.
  • Experiencia sólida en reparaciones estructurales, trabajo con concreto, acero y (preferiblemente) conocimiento en instalación de pilotes/fundaciones.
  • Tienes que saber interpretar planos estructurales y especificaciones técnicas sin dudar.
  • OSHA 30 (Obligatorio/Preferible).
  • Licencia de conducir válida y vehículo propio confiable.

  • Salario Base: $18.00 - $22.00 por hora, basado en tu experiencia real y prueba de campo.
