  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and over ten (10+) years of experience as Construction Manager within the regulated industry.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English)
  • Shift: Administrative & according to business needs
  • Experience in:
    • GMP manufacturing facilities and FDA standards.
    • Negotiation and communication skills.
    • Managing complex construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

  • Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, and local and federal regulations are met.
  • Effectively manage projects and budgets.
  • Establishes and maintains program stakeholder relationships, expectations, and internal and external communications to the organization.
