Raytheon Field Engineering is seeking a Senior Configuration Analyst to support the Trident Integrated Support Facility (ISF) program, based out of Pittsfield, MA. This position will work as part of the Logistics and Production Control (LPC) Team, under direction from the LPC team lead, and will provide support for configuration management activities associated with a manufacturing/repair facility for precision aerospace hardware.
What You Will Do
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.
  • Configuration Management Support for factory activities.
  • Creation/Maintenance of technical data packages (Repair Plans, Vendor TDP, BOE)
    Inventory Control Support.
  • Data Transmission for configuration, performance, and hardware status.
  • Preparation of Acceptance Packages for customer submittal.
  • Impact analysis for changes in contract requirements documentation.
  • Creation/Review of Quality History Packages.
  • Coordinate and prepare all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with government and company regulations.

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Experience interfacing with persons of multiple disciplines and job functions, including engineers, program managers, production personnel, and outside vendors.

Qualifications We Prefer

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
