One of the largest privately-owned Automotive Dealer Groups in West Tennessee is expanding its line of franchises and is seeking a talented professional individual with the ambition and aptitude to become part of our ACCOUNTING TEAM.

JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking an EXPERIENCED SENIOR LEVEL ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE WITH REYNOLDS AND REYNOLDS ERA EXPERIENCE to join our group.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reconcile various accounting schedules
  • Process lender payoffs
  • Assist in processing retail deals
  • Assist in collecting factory receivables
  • Post accounting schedules
  • Research and answer all receivable and vendor inquiries
  • Reconcile bank statements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Automotive accounting experience with Reynolds and Reynolds ERA a huge plus
  • Accounting Degree preferred, but not necessary with experience 
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Organizational, communication and computer skills
