Join our Memphis manufacturing team as a Sr. CNC Programmer and play a critical role in optimizing advanced machining processes that support life changing medical technology. This is an opportunity to bring your technical expertise to a highly regulated environment where quality, innovation and collaboration matter every day.
What will you be doing?
  • Creating, maintaining and optimizing multi axis CNC programs using CAD CAM software to produce high quality components
  • Improving machining efficiency through optimized cutting strategies, tool life and standardized processes
  • Supporting regulated manufacturing operations by developing robust and compliant CNC machining solutions
  • Proving out CNC programs on machine tools and making real time corrections as required
  • Preparing detailed work instructions and supporting machining validations including operator training
  • Collaborating closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Product Development, Quality and plant teams
  • Maintaining the master CNC program directory to ensure file integrity and compliance
  • Driving cost improvement initiatives and supporting continuous improvement and kaizen activities
  • Providing technical guidance, mentoring and task coordination for other programmers and machinists
  • Supporting equipment validation and contributing to the selection of new machining equipment

What will you need to be successful?
  • High school diploma required, technical or college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of CNC programming experience including at least 3 years using CAD CAM software
  • Strong experience programming multi axis mills, mill turn or lathe equipment using systems such as UG NX or similar
  • Solid understanding of machining processes, tooling, feeds and speeds with a focus on standardization
  • Ability to work effectively in a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical, mathematical and problem solving skills including trigonometry
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally
