We are seeking a Senior Developer with proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform's suites of tools to lead the design and development of custom, low-code business applications, automated workflows, and data visualizations. This role provides technical leadership, establishes standards working together with our Solution Architect, Quality Engineers and other developers, and collaborates with business users to deliver scalable, secure and high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead design and development of custom applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
  • Partner with architects and engineering teams to define solution architecture, data models, and integration patterns
  • Establish standards, and best practices in the adoption and usage of Power Platform.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and solution approach
  • Ensure compliance with security, DLP policies, and SOX controls
  • Design integrations with APIs, GraphQL, SQL Server, Azure services, and .NET applications
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

Qualifications
The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of application development or systems analysis experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on development experience using Power Platform tools
  • Proven expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
  • Experience designing enterprise solutions and integrations
  • Strong requirements gathering and solution design skills
  • Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, web services, and SQL Server
  • Experience with Azure DevOps

Preferrred:
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Pages, and advanced Dataverse design
  • Working knowledge of .NET Core, Web APIs, and modern front-end frameworks (React and Angular)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience mentoring or leading team members
  • Working knowledge of UiPath or other RPA tools
