FSMB is looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to help advance our vision of being the technology leader in the "House of Medicine".

You enjoy diving into details but are capable of keeping your eye on the "big picture". You are comfortable with ambiguity and are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are ready for a healthy work/life balance that fulfills you at work but also allows you to leave the office at the office each day.
What will you do?
  • Design and configure Perceptive Content workflow solutions
  • Configure and administer third party applications
  • Oversee vendors and vendor applications
  • Facilitate and participate in architectural design and decisions
  • Design and document integrations between systems
  • Ensure assigned projects are proceeding on plan
  • Report project plans and progress to stakeholders
  • Maintain backlog with user stories that are clear and concise
  • Troubleshoot and provide advanced technical support
  • Stay current on technical trends and application functionality

What can you bring to the role?
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), or related technical discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in Data/Business/Systems Analysis, Project Management and/or Product Ownership
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to engage at a detailed level with software engineers and design team members
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills as well as general negotiation and meeting facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of SQL
  • Proficient and comfortable with advanced Excel functions
  • Strong experience with visualization tools such as LucidChart or Visio

Bonus Points
  • Experience with workflow systems, specifically Perceptive Content
  • Experience with Accounting ERPs, specifically Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains
  • Experience with DocuSign functionality and integrations
  • Experience with testing REST APIs in Postman
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with agile tools such as Azure DevOps
  • Experience working in Azure and/or AWS
