Job description

Job Description
Responsible for evaluating business needs and designing technology-based solutions that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role acts as liaisons between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating requirements into functional specifications and supporting the development, testing, and implementation of automated systems. At the senior expert level, the analyst provides strategic direction for systems analysis across the organization. This role leads enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, influences executive decision-making, and develops frameworks and governance for system design and implementation. The analyst mentors senior professionals, drives innovation, and ensures alignment between technology strategy and business objectives. *Restricted Use / Additional Review Required. Requires an advanced college degree and is typically recognized as a published expert within the particular discipline.
Responsibilities
  • Define strategic system analysis direction to support organizational goals.
  • Exceptional in creating workflow diagrams and defining technical documentation standards.
  • Set automation strategy and champion user-centered design for system analysis.
  • Influence project portfolio planning and ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Drive enterprise user acceptance testing standards and define system documentation strategy.
  • Influence learning culture and align technology with business strategy.
  • Mentor and guide lower level professionals on new and innovative techniques and strategies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or the equivalent combination of education, training or experience
  • Master's/advanced Degree or certifications preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in systems analysis or IT/business support
  • Broad expertise in specialization and complete understanding of related disciplines
  • Expert understanding of systems analysis and project management methodologies.
  • Expert analytical and problem-solving abilities and drives innovation.
  • Recognized effective communicator and influential cross-functionally.
  • Sets system analysis guidelines and testing standards in alignment with team strategy.
  • Expert knowledge of business processes and defines improvement framework.
