We are looking for a skilled Senior Sheet Metal Roller Operator for our 1st Shift operations. As a Sheet Metal Roller Operator you will be setting up and operating heavy machinery to bend, curve, or flatten metal sheets, plates, or rods into specific shapes.

Requirements:
  • Strong ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, Technical drawings, and machine performance data
  • Adjust rollers for proper thickness and pressure
  • Inspect finished parts for defects
  • Proficient in operating, set up, and performing routine maintenance on advanced hydraulic and mechanical rollers
  • Ability to ensure final products meet strict specifications, understanding material properties
  • 5+ Years of experience in specialized metal sheet rolling.
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Vocational or technical training is desirable
  • Basic reading skills, must be able to follow directions
  • Basic computer navigation and utilization skills preferred
  • Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
  • Ability to problem solve
  • High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
  • Work in a team environment and respect all teammates
  • Regularly lift 30-50 pounds
  • Regularly perform repetitive tasks
