Job Summary:
Perrygo Consulting Group, LLC is a small, rapidly growing company that values its employees and supports its customers' missions. They are seeking a Senior Computer Network Architect to design and implement computer and information networks for a Navy customer in San Diego, CA, focusing on network modeling, analysis, and cybersecurity measures.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design and implement computer and information networks, such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), intranets, extranets, and other data communications networks.
โ€ข Perform network modeling, analysis, and planning, including analysis of capacity needs for network infrastructures.
โ€ข May also design network and computer security measures.
โ€ข May research and recommend network and data communications hardware and software
โ€ข Design LAN/WAN and cloud network architectures.
โ€ข Conduct capacity analysis and performance optimization.
โ€ข Implement cybersecurity controls and compliance documentation.
โ€ข Support ATO and RMF accreditation efforts.
โ€ข Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend network enhancements.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 10+ years of network design and administration experience.
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
โ€ข Secret security clearance (must be a US Citizen).
Preferred:
โ€ข Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent.
