We have an opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Civil Engineer with land development experience to lead projects for clients in the public and private sectors. 


Because our employees are usually involved in several projects at one time, involving numerous team members (such as project manager, engineer, and CAD technician/designer), exceptional communications skills and the ability to work well with others is essential.


Our ideal candidate will be a Professional (Civil) Engineer with at least five years’ experience in the design and management of land development projects. They should have experience in a project management role including building and maintaining client relations and working with a team to successfully complete land development projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Design of subdivisions and land development
  • Zoning and approvals process
  • Stormwater management
  • Site design, grading, and erosion and sediment control plans

Requirements:
  • B.S. Civil Engineering or related field
  • Professional Engineer license
  • Prior land development experience required
  • Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills
  • Prior project and client management experience
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Valid driver's license 
  • Ability to attend evening meetings
  • Ability to obtain clearances (for PA school projects)
