Job Summary:
Perrygo Consulting Group, LLC is a small, rapidly growing company passionate about supporting its employees and customers. They are currently seeking a Senior Computer Network Architect - Secret Cleared to design and implement computer and information networks for a Navy customer in San Diego, CA.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement computer and information networks, such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), intranets, extranets, and other data communications networks.
• Perform network modeling, analysis, and planning, including analysis of capacity needs for network infrastructures.
• May also design network and computer security measures.
• May research and recommend network and data communications hardware and software
• Design LAN/WAN and cloud network architectures.
• Conduct capacity analysis and performance optimization.
• Implement cybersecurity controls and compliance documentation.
• Support ATO and RMF accreditation efforts.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend network enhancements.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years of network design and administration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Secret security clearance (must be a US Citizen)
Preferred:
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent
