Senior Engineers at DMC have 5+ years of relevant experience and provide expert level competency in their respective technology areas. They bring both a component and systems-level understanding to their projects, are skilled in designing and creating robust software architectures and reusable modules and are drivers for sharing knowledge across DMC.

  • Direct contact with suppliers when project issues arise
  • Manages schedules and budgets
  • Determines and implements path strategies for various project sizes

  • Designs systems with novel approaches using new and/or familiar platforms

  • 5+ Years relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.4
  • Ability to leverage one's industry expertise to develop and manage project execution plans for complex solutions (3–9 month project scope)
