What You'll Do:
• Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage
• Provide hands-on ADL support when needed
• Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards
• Review charting and ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly
• Support onboarding and mentor new team members
• Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions
You are both a working caregiver and a frontline leader modeling professionalism, accountability, and compassionate service.
What We're Looking For:
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care
