MUST be available at least every other weekend.  Shift is 11am-7pm
What You Would Do:
  • Welcome Residents: Greet and thank every resident upon arrival and departure, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Personalized Service: Make all residents feel comfortable and assured that you are there to personally attend to their needs.
  • Build Relationships: Get to know our residents by name, along with their preferences and special requests.
  • Manage Waitlist: When residents are on a waitlist, accurately record their information, provide estimated wait times, and seat them accordingly.
  • Seating Preferences: Accommodate guest seating preferences whenever possible, while maintaining an efficient flow of service.
  • Safety and Sanitation: Understand and adhere to all safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures to ensure a safe dining environment.
  • Team Communication: Provide clear and timely communication with other staff members throughout your shift.
  • Seating Standards: Seat guests according to company standards, ensuring a pleasant and organized dining experience.
 
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a hostess/host or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for serving the senior community and understanding their unique needs.
