Era Living is seeking a part-time Custodian Floor Care to become the newest member of our Housekeeping team located in our Lakeshore community in Renton/South Seattle, WA. We take great pride in providing superior housekeeping services that make our residents’ lives better. We hope you’ll join us in providing this excellent service! Available shifts will be scheduled Saturday - Monday, 7:00AM to 3:30PM.

Competitive Compensation/Benefits Package Includes:

  • 1 hour vacation for every 37.15 hours paid to start (eligibility: regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours, but less than 32)

Primary Responsibilities:

This role performs day-to-day housekeeping functions and specific assigned tasks which includes cleaning, washing, polishing, sanitizing, and disinfecting common areas & floors in the community.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Possess basic technical knowledge and mechanical ability to perform routine Housekeeping functions in a health care institution

  • Knowledge of floor care, finishing, and cleaning

  • Skill in use and care of floor maintenance equipment

  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English

  • Ability to pass DSHS check, required

Education and Experience:

  • Previous custodian experience, preferred
