Our client, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location:  Waukegan, IL (Chicago) (Onsite)

What's the Job?

  • Lead projects through the full project lifecycle, from initial concept and planning to final implementation and closeout.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business needs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and status reports.
  • Facilitate project team meetings and provide ongoing project tracking, monitoring, and analysis.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop effective mitigation strategies.

What's Needed?

  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of project management, program management, or related experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience developing project plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reporting.
