WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
In this role, you'll lead daily CNC operations, assign tasks, and ensure workflow efficiency. You'll set up, program, and operate CNC machines, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality standards. WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A SENIOR CNC MACHINIST - MANUFACTURING TEAM LEAD?
We're looking for someone who can work full-time while meeting the following qualifications:
  • 5+ years of CNC machining experience with strong G-code knowledge
  • Leadership experience in manufacturing
  • Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings
  • Strong problem-solving skills for machining, tooling, and programming issues
  • Proficiency with measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and CMMs
  • Familiarity with CNC controls such as Haas, Fanuc, Mazak, Okuma, or similar
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and ERP systems
  • Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Multi-axis machining, CAD/CAM programming, Lean/5S knowledge, and experience training teams are preferred.
