We operate out of a state of the art 100,000 sqft facility in Conroe, Texas.
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager with mastery-level knowledge in facility and CNC machine maintenance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data driven preventative maintenance, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job SummaryThe Maintenance Manager will lead and manage the maintenance team in a high-mix low-volume fabrication company, ensuring optimal equipment performance, facility upkeep, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Rollout Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system using Quantum Lean (QL) approach. Conduct responsibilities Completely, Accurately, Timely (CAT).
