The Work You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Perform full setups with minimal assistance
  • Machine complex precision components from exotic materials
  • Hold tight tolerances up to ±0.001”
  • Monitor machining processes and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality
  • Detect and correct machining or equipment issues
  • Perform in-process inspection using precision measuring tools
  • Maintain clean, organized machines and work areas
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance
  • Collaborate with supervisors, QC, and production teams to resolve issues

Machines, Controls & Tools

You’ll work with:

  • CNC Machines: Okuma CNC Lathe systems
  • Controls: Okuma OSP (Required)

  • Strong math skills (geometry, algebra, measurement calculations)
