What You'll Do
Client & Delivery Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, helping them identify and prioritize opportunities where AI and data can create meaningful business value.
  • Own engagement success across scope, schedule, budget, risks, client relationships, and delivery quality.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, machine learning engineers, data engineers, architects, product leaders, and business consultants.
  • Translate business challenges into actionable AI and analytics strategies, roadmaps, and solutions.
  • Navigate ambiguity and provide structure and direction across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Business Development & Solution Shaping
  • Partner with sales and practice leadership throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, including discovery, solution shaping, scoping, estimating, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Lead or contribute to RFP responses, statements of work, proposals, and executive presentations.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and bring additional Logic20/20 capabilities into accounts.
  • Develop compelling points of view, offerings, and solution approaches that differentiate Logic20/20 in the market.
  • Collaborate with business development and technical leaders to transition opportunities effectively from sales into delivery.

Practice & People Leadership
  • Coach and develop consultants while building high-performing, collaborative teams.
  • Provide mentorship and career development for emerging leaders within the practice.
  • Support staffing and resource planning across client engagements and pipeline opportunities.
  • Contribute to the continued development of Logic20/20's AI & Analytics capabilities, methodologies, accelerators, and offerings.
  • Share knowledge and establish reusable approaches that improve the quality and efficiency of future engagements.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and help strengthen Logic20/20's presence in the AI and analytics market.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, technology, data, analytics, AI, or related fields, with significant experience in a client-facing consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex consulting engagements and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
  • Strong experience with AI, machine learning, generative AI, advanced analytics, and/or modern data platforms.
  • Experience taking AI or analytics solutions from strategy and proof of concept through production implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the consulting sales lifecycle, including discovery, solution design, scoping, estimating, proposals, and presentations.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and AI capabilities in clear business terms for executive audiences.
  • Strong executive presence with experience building trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders.
  • Experience managing engagement financials, scope, risks, timelines, resources, and client expectations.
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop consulting talent.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with the willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed.
