The Opportunity:ย We are seeking a full time Sr Client Server Specialist to join our team in Florida. This role will provide end user support for in-house andย third-partyย application software problems.ย Under general supervision, evaluate,ย implementย and support Client/Server and computing systems.ย Troubleshoot advanced systemย issues andย work on technical assignments under deadlines while continuing to provide quality user support.ย 

Whatย Youโ€™llย Do:ย 

  • Configure and implement personal computers and mobile devices.ย 
  • Application server administration for enterprise systems, including upgrades, patches, and client configuration.ย 
  • Build application packages using required packaging tools, ensuring proper versionย controlย and testing.ย 
  • Installation and support of software applications.ย 
  • Assistย with software testing andย coordinateย software distributions.ย 
  • Investigate and resolve support requests.ย 
  • Adhere toย establishedย security policies and procedures.ย 
  • Work on special projects, asย required.ย 
  • User account management, including active directory,ย user,ย and file access.ย 
  • Write technicalย processesย and procedural documentation.ย 
  • Interface with and support vendor relationships.ย 

Whatย Youโ€™ll Need:

  • Willingness and ability to travel to the all branches in the Florida market.
  • Associate degree in related field, or equivalent education and/or work experience.
  • Two yearsโ€™ experience with current Windows operating systems.ย 
  • Twoย yearsโ€™ย PC related experience, repairing and diagnosing software and hardware.ย 
  • Experience using software distribution applications preferred.ย 
  • Troubleshooting and analytical skills.ย 
  • Experience writing process and procedural documentation.ย 
  • Consistent positive, cooperative, self-motivated,ย courteousย and professional attitude.ย 
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365.ย ย 
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.ย ย 
  • Able toย initiateย and embrace change.ย ย 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, and ability to work in a team environment.ย 
  • Occasional travel for training, conferences, and disaster recovery and/or offsite equipment support.ย 
  • On call support 7x24ย 30-minuteย response, asย required.ย 
  • Extended hours and/or alternate schedules, asย required.ย 
  • Extended duration of computer terminal usage.ย
