Job description

TENICA is looking to hire a Ground Engineering Requirements Engineer. This position is responsible for establishing/maintaining the requirements repository.

Monitoring/controlling the project requirements management process

Collaborating with customers, engineers, and software developers to elicit/capture and document appropriate system requirements for the design solutions and distributed system architecture

Identifying systems data, hardware, and software components required to meet user needs.

Establishing functional or systems standards to ensure operational requirements, quality requirements, and design constraints are addressed

Generating the required artifacts to capture, categorize, disposition, verify/validate, and provide traceability of the system requirements.

Capture requirements changes and providing requirements-related progress updates/reports.

Job location: Chantilly, VA

Requirement:

Bachelors degree in STEM or business field

Junior to Senior level positions available

Must have TS/SCI with CI poly
