Essential Responsibilities:
Senior CAD Designers:
  • Lead complex design projects, ensuring high-quality and efficient drafting.
  • Develop detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D models with precision and accuracy.
  • Optimize designs for manufacturability, sustainability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Conduct design reviews, simulations, and feasibility studies to assess functionality.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, reviewing their work for accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align designs with project goals.
  • Stay up to date with CAD software advancements and suggest improvements in workflows.

Qualifications:
Senior CAD Designers:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in CAD design, drafting, or modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D (REQUIRED) SolidWorks, Revit, CATIA, or similar software.
  • Deep understanding of industry standards, tolerances, and material specifications.
  • Experience in leading projects and mentoring junior designers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize designs for manufacturability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • Additional certifications in CAD software or design principles are a plus.

Preferred Skills (for both levels):
  • Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) tools.
  • Experience in 3D printing, CNC machining, or prototyping.
  • Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and ISO drafting standards.
