  • Assist with SAP S/4HANA transformation workstreams by evaluating business processes, security, and controls to improve efficiency, automate controls, reduce risk, and support clean-core and operational-excellence objectives
  • Participate in workshops and collaborate with business process owners, functional teams, technology, security, risk, and internal audit stakeholders to align business transformation, governance, and control requirements
  • Execute assigned project activities, develop high-quality client deliverables, communicate findings, and help identify practical recommendations that address business-process, security, and control needs
  • Support and provide day-to-day guidance to Associates while contributing to practice development, training, proposals, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

  • Experience across SAP business processes such as Finance, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Asset Management, or other enterprise functions
  • Prior experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, including business process transformation, security, controls, business roles, segregation of duties, SAP GRC, access governance, and risk and compliance capabilities
  • Experience supporting project workstreams within consulting, professional services, or cross-functional project environments
  • Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders
  • Ability to travel 50–60% or as needed to support client engagements
